I'm guessing they will be airing the version that the public access TV channels air, since KBCS can only air traditional underwriting, not commercials. Interesting!

Probably are correct on that one. For non-profit stations, Thom Hartmann is not syndicated via Dial Global, but Pacifica Radio, just like Free Speech TV does it for the Public Access TV Stations.

The Outskirts, the program Hartmann is replacing, is presently heard at 12 noon, so 12 noon would be a good guess. No need to yell.
