Radio ink reports that the Seattle Seahawks will continue their 37 season alliance with KIRO radio with a new, multi-year contract.
"In addition, 710 ESPN will develop new Seahawks programming beginning next season. Exclusive Seahawks and Sounders FC content will be highlighted on Bonneville Seattleās local news, opinion and sports website at www.MyNorthwest.com."
As long as they keep Dori, it sounds good. Not only is he a true patriot for Conservative issues, he has that gift that's good for sports radio.

You may want to mention that the Seattle Mariners are in the hunt for a full time replacement for Dave Niehaus. They have been rotating former announcers and players so no one has the unenviable task of replacing the legendary Niehaus.

As long as they keep Dori it will sound like a semi running over a tricycle; ill-informed, amateurish, squeaking and unfunny. Local boy Monson has carved himself an out-of-step place in Seattle media, useful only because he's been on the air so long, a proud graduate of the Right-Wing School of Imitation Ire and Radio Nonsense, happily continuing to beat dead horses such as the lame "One on One Against the Nuns" and eternally flying in the face of facts by yet proclaiming "global warming is a hoax."
No, Dori: you are.
