Reverend B.T. "Tommy" Beamer

in Pennsylvania Repubs have their voter id laws ...dems have New Black Panther Party members outside of Philly polling places with ball bats among all sorts of other vote corruption...Rmember Holders DOJ declined to pursue the ball bats in philly case.....maybe the pubbies THought their voter id laws would just maybe balAnce outall the repub votes stolen in Philadelphia. This bwatch article seems to suggest the Dems are a bunch of wide-eyed Bambis in ergards to voter sheananigans both legal and illegal, dont see any of these states gettign away with voter laws that aer completely outrageous because Holder has proven he will go after them in court, the blog admitted that the courts have thrown some of the laws out.

T-S

Tommy, repetition becomes boring after a while. Repetitive name calling and flaming. Just gets old. Perhaps you should reconsider your style . . .

I'm interested in what happens when the Pennsylvania law gets to the appeals court - three republicans and three dems. We'll see if the republicans - even one of them - remembers that the Pennsylvania Constitution declares that Elections shall be free and equal; and no power, civil or military, shall at any time interfere to prevent the free exercise of the right of suffrage.

And how come corporations get so much time to "phase in" their changes but PA voters get a matter of months to get voter ID?

Radical moderate

When the argument doesn't go your way, T-S - create a straw man. The courts have already ruled on photo ID in Pennsylvania and because they upheld the law, you blame the corporations.

Holder is the corrupt AG ever - may he see an orange jump suit after the Obama reign of terror is ended and the stonewalling and possible illegal executive privilege over Fast and Furious has run its course. Critical mass has been reached with this administration as the cover of the lastest Newsweek that will shock and awe y'all is titled; "Hit the road Barrack - Why America needs a new president" - check it out.

T-S

create a straw man.

What straw man?

T-S

you blame the corporations.

Point out the blame,please.

Different name but still illogical rebuttal.

Radical moderate

Free exercise of the the right of suffrage - the straw man you created.

Elections shall also be honest and they cannot be honest if there is no accountability. Voter ID is the only path to accountability. A grade schooler could figure that out.

"And how come corporations get so much time to "phase in" their changes but PA voters get a matter of months to get voter ID?"

Sounds like blaming the corporations to me - where's the evidence to support that assertion ?

Coiler

Where is this source for "voter fraud"?

T-S

Instead of interpreting it as blame, why not just answer the question?

And you don't believe in the right of suffrage? If you are so interested in accountability, what are you doing to prevent fraud in absentee balloting?

BTW, whatever planet you're living on apparently doesn't have high tech voting machine fraud or fraudulent picture ID, huh?

Simple answers for simple minds I guess.

You know, Coiler, simple minds can never answer that one.

Hedge Fund Hal

haha T-S ,,,the ID laws for voting in Penn are, as the blog above says,-"done". Nothing in the world you can do about them T-S. Sensible controls to insure orderly , legal voting, which pass Constitutional muster. Be prepared to lose Pennsylvanis to Rand R , T-S. I coulg go haha T-S hahaT-S but that would be wrong.........

T-S

If that, oh wise Hal, do we have appeals courts or even the Supreme Court? Answer that, oh wise Hal.
