Despite Limbaugh’s assertions that everything is fine, current events suggest otherwise.
Advertisers continue to issue public statements confirming they will not run ads during Limbaugh’s show. In the past two weeks, Proactiv, Papa John’s Pizza, Kohler, Fisher Nuts, and Arby’s are among some of the advertisers to issue statements to this effect.
Limbaugh, who hired a crisis manager last month, recently took to Twitter (@RushLimbaugh) and attacked an advertiser by name for excluding ads from his show.
Earlier this week, it was announced that the popular Philadelphia station WPHT currently carrying Limbaugh’s show will replace it with a local talker. Limbaugh is expected to be relegated to a relatively small station located just outside Philadelphia, but in another state.
My neighbor called me this morning to let me know that BW was getting a story together on Olbermann being punted and that they were seeking both the the truth and Olbermanns side of the story.
It certainly will be difficult to find any truth when one side of the "facts" is the AlGore side and the other position is from Keith Olbermann. Best of luck on that research.
After listening to Hartmann for a little while yesterday, I will tune in to Rush this morning. Hartmann stating that over half of Americans are happy with the amount they pay in income taxes and felt it was fair about blew me out of my chair. Most of those people that think it is fair don't pay any income taxes at all. LOL, it is fair that our neighbors up the food chain pay through the nose so we don't have to pay anything.
We really need to get KVI back.
