The town's first traffic eyes-in-the-sky started whirly-birding in about 1959. It was made possible by the largess of the Bullitt family for whom nothing was too innovative for their KING1090 radio.

I've never watched the channel on my computer but you can click on the videos at that address. They have another with Jean Enersen interviewing David Gregory which is pretty worthless. He's such a muffin. BTW, looks like I erred on the link so here goes another try:
