"No wonder she wouldn't shake my hand," says Edgar "Choch" Mañana, political analyst for Wilmington's News Journal.
Christine O'Donnell is a tea party choice to strike down raging RINO, Rep. Mike Castle in the
Delaware Senate primary. Turns out she's long had a firm stand against masturbation. It's an issue in the campaign no one could see coming, so to speak.
According to HuffPo's Sam Stein:
The Delaware Republican [...] made an appearance in the MTV series "Sex In The 90s." Entitled "The Safest Sex Of All," the episode was ostensibly geared towards understanding the importance of abstinence. But O'Donnell's guidance went a bit further. Masturbation, she argued, is not a moral substitute for sex. "The Bible says that lust in your heart is committing adultery. So you can't masturbate without lust."
Doing your own thing doesn't cut it for the cheeky, conservative Catholic O'Donnell:
"The reason that you don't tell [people] that masturbation is the answer to AIDS and all these other problems that come with sex outside of marriage is because again it is not addressing the issue," she extrapolated. "You're just gonna create somebody who is, I was gonna say, toying with his sexuality. Pardon the pun."
Castle denies "having a hand in this," according to Mañana.
It'll certainly bring the "tea-bagging" issue back to the tea-party fore. Will the movement issue a list of approved sexual practices?
"Tea-bagging's OK, masturbation is not, what are voters to think about frottage?" asks Mañana.... the tea party and O'Donnell need to clarify on all manner of diddling. Contradictions jerk voters around."
The Tea Party Express said it might spend as much as $600,000 backing O'Donnell, who makes frequent appearances on Fox News.
"you can't masturbate without lust."
If you're not imaginative, I suppose. What if the object of your desire is fictitious or otherwise non-existant?
Women don't like masturbating anyway so I don't take their opinion on the subject at all seriously.

That is a rather broad and not factually based statement on your part Andrew. What kind of study did you read or due that brought you to that conclusion?
I suspect that as many women as men enjoy sex without a partner.
Granted, we can't usually go the week without while our women are bleeding out and most women don't have that issue ('cept maybe lezbyuns).
Strange of you to bring solo sex in as a political issue Michael.
No real issues to grasp on to?

What about this entire thread, from Bla'M's first printed word to the very end resembles anything at all close to class, Andy?
You might as well develope a sense of humor and run with it.
Have a little fun. Grab on to it and enjoy. Don't be so uptight.
Get down with it Andy. Really, you will not go blind. Granny and mom lied.

I have always thought of the Mona Lisa as classy. The cigarette adds a certain Je ne sais quoi. I understand that French women masturbate a lot, another reason for tea baggers to hate the French; entirely too much lust!

I keep lust and unclean thoughts out of my masturbation, I think of hardware stores, and Mountain Bars, and fresh laundry. I'm so done with lust.

What, the anxious masturbator would certainly ask, is it about these seemingly outdated viewpoints that has become so appealing?
Could it be since the arrival of the internet (self) control and freedom have become somehow intertwined?

I hope masturbation becomes an issue in this election, it might be a way Democrats could take back the white males vote.
