oh brother.....

Gregory McKie

Moving?

Don has been hocking a moving company. Maybe R&D will get to use their services pretty soon.

Duffman

The way I see it, this pretty much does it for them. I've actually tried to listen to them in the most objective way possible, but unlike TBTL...they could never make it for me. Thank goodness John Carlson ressurected on KVI at the drive time and I was able to switch. KIRO/R&D...I would guess that it's not long 'till we read a headline on this blog that goes something like this 'RIP R&D',YOU DID YOURSELVES IN BY YOUR STUPIDITY and disconnect with a typical radio audience.
(It's not like you weren't given every chance in the book.)

Ryder

Ack! My wonderful post got eaten by the internet gobbler.

Bottom line: Pack 'em both off to Iran where censorship is normal.

Gregory McKie

Buffoons

I have been critical of R&D and all of my post has been deleted in the past.

At least Dori takes criticism.

drool

Comments for R&D could be posted on Dori's blog. I'm sure he would appreciate the traffic....if not the content.

Duffman

Alas, Ryder I doubt even Ahmadinejad could tolerate them. They are destined for much smaller pastures. They have peaked; KIRO was their Oscar moment.

Ryder

Duffman;

C'mon boss. Wouldn't you like to send them to Ahmadinejad to let him do as he will with them? Just think of the You-Tube possibilities!!

Fred Thompson

When will Don grow his own set and separate himself from that man/child?

jackrebney

Who gives a s**t about these two clowns. The boys of Mouthing off just said their last goodbyes over at KVI!

Fatso

Maybe they can replace them with Tom Leykis

Tommy008

yes Ron should grow a pair , finally separate from Don and- go sell hikinhg boots at REI. Don has the talent on that show.....and he can be funny... not Dori funny.... really funny...

Dangerous Dan

As a moderator for several web communities, I can attest trolls only drag down the entire forum. Commenters don't have to agree with the opinion expressed, but if their only purpose is to post rabble-rousing criticism of the author, it doesn't further the debate. Just like on radio. If a caller is all about bashing the host and not sticking to the issue, you punch out. I imagine R&D can still accept comments on a moderated basis, but that means someone has to take time to review and approve every post. Something tells me that Japan's #1 mixmaster doesn't get paid extra for that.

jamesb

there are not two functioning brain cells between the two of these idiots.

Andrew

KIRO has made a promo bumper of Don being hung up on by Adam Klein and then acting like it was Klein who was out of his element. Kudos for spinning idiocy and bad radio as a victory for Ron and Don.

I hear a few minutes of Monson or Shiers on occasion to see if they've improved since I last heard them. But for the record I don't listen to Ron and Don at all. Not even a second of it. Not in passing. Not out of curiousity. Not by accident. They're not dead to me as much as they're just nothing to me.

David Tatelman

Funny thing, I posted a comment to their Adam Klein story, asking them about Don's comment that they were the highest-rated talkshow hosts. I asked how he arrived at that, since Dori also claims to be the highest-rated.

My comment was deleted. :-(

Tommy008

Don O'Neill has proven he can carry the show, on the dayd wimpy Ron is off at home sick,- I can't say the same for Ron. On the days Ron has the mike to himself the show drags like molasses.

Andrew

Ron is a natural sidekick.

Sidekick. What a funny word.

Tommy008

freedom 970 has stopped running phil hendrie at least after 11 pm. KTLK 1150AM in LA STREAMS PHIL LIVE FROM 10 TO 4 AM. this gives us somethign to listen to, from 7pm to 1 am they give seven hours of absolute dreck- two jackasses, unlistenable, and asinine.....brought to you by The Mormons a division of Colgate-Palmolive

Tommy008

the two jackasses i'm talking about are Frank Shiers and Allen Hunt. These two turds must work real real cheap the Mormons must love their cheap price so they can save money while giving their KIROfm listeners a pair of substandard shits, just low quality radio, period. Thanks, Mormon bastards!

Tommy008

here's note for the libs here- Stephanie Miller comes on at 6 am on KTLLK am out of Los Angeles.... our mornings here are about as grim as the night time.... who the hell wants to deal with Bryan Suits chirpy, "too cool for school" conceits and militarorama show while fumbing for first coffee? Don't like Suits?...you have the choice between the banal chuckleheads delivering news sports and weather on KIRO fm or Glenn Beck....

Tommy008

sorry KTLK
