New assignment for rich johnson at fox news radio

Rich Johnson, Fox News Radio White House Correspondent former KIRO anchor and our pal, has been named Senior National Correspondent.

Rich Johnson started at Fox News Radio as a General Assignment Reporter in April of 2005, as Fox was gearing up to launch the radio network news service. In 2007, he was named Fox News Radio’s first White House Correspondent. Since then, he has literally traveled the world covering Presidents George W. Bush and Barack Obama. Johnson has anchored and reported everything from Presidential speeches and campaign stops to the Super Bowl and the Olympic Games and more; taking time along the way to sample and report on the cuisine at many of his assigned stops. Prior to reporting for Fox News, Johnson worked in Seattle, Portland, New York City and Chicago.

KIRO's dumping of tom douglas is just plain stoopid

Chef Tom Douglas’ live and local food and dining show being suddenly dumped from KIRO’s weekend line-up and replaced by a re-run financial advice program just doesn’t add up.

Or so they're sayin'.

Was he booted from the conservative talk station for insisting on doing a now sold-out benefit for arch-rival public radio talker KUOW starring Garrison Keillor on April 1?

Frum committed the mortal sin of daring criticize the Republican Party for letting itself be taken over by its most extreme elements and being led by Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, and other Fox News talent.

New program, operations director for the KIROs, KTTH

More new blood has  been injected into Bonneville's flaccid Seattle radio cluster.

Ryan Hatch, 44, has been named as operations director and will take on day-to-day programming for conservative news talkers, KIROFM, and KTTH on April 12. (new hires, reshuffles, and a cancellation have recently rocked the stations which took a huge hit with the onset of the PPM's last year).

He'll take over for Rod Arquette who was relieved of duties earlier this month.

It’s hilarious since they usually use that term to get people to blame Mexicans, and black people for everything.
