I am anxious to see what Huckabee has to say on his own show this week-end.
I equally want to hear what the judge that set this guys bail was thinking on a third strike felon.
Wonder what the idiot in Arkansas has to say about dropping or dismissing the no bond warrant that they had on the guy.
Meanwhile, I really hope the guy is in unbearable pain, slowly bleeding to death and in fear.

I can see where Huckably is coming from; he really did do the best he could with the information he had on hand, but that's also the reason he can never be president. His best just isn't good enough.

You can listen to the Seattle police scanner at this URL http://www.komonews.com/news/content/scanner/31214074.html?video=pop&t=a
it's pretty interesting. I'm not sure if they're talking about Clemmons but there's talk of SWAT converging on a house. Tons of police officers, so many they had to ask units to back off from the area.
Posted by: AuthenticAndrew | December 01, 2009 at 03:02 AM
Dude, you're late as usual, KOMO (the REAL news station) has already reported that the suspect has been shot & killed by police.
Nice try tho.
Posted by: fRed | December 01, 2009 at 05:34 AM
Just for the record KOMO had the facts on this long before KIRO, so for the latest real BREAKING news it's time to switch to KOMO.
KIRO seems to be late to the party lately and just can't seem to keep up with the timely reporting of KOMO.
- - KOMO RULES! - -

Let's not argue such a meaningless point. The shooter is dead and we can all be thankful this tragedy will be allowed to pass. Now go make yourself useful!
Posted by: sparky | December 01, 2009 at 06:08 AM
Doesn't matter if its the Pope that absolves Huckabee....this guy's done for 2012 and beyond.
Either side will 'Willie Horton' Huckabee 'till he drops out, if he even runs, which I would doubt now.
Everybody....Huckabee, the parole board, the Washington system....all share some responsibility here. But, yeah, its started with Fox's host.
Posted by: Bill | December 01, 2009 at 06:44 AM
Some on the right are saying that BOR threw softball questions at him (and it's been suggested Fox should can him)...It would be very tough for Huckabee Hound to get the GOP nomination now. So much for the former governor from Hope Ark.--no, not Slick Willie...Slick Mikey.

Thank God that one single officer from the city of Seattle was well trained and on the ball. A true hero eliminates the fear and anxiety of a whole region. Bonus, he sends a piece of shit to hell.
After her school being in lock down yesterday (her school is between PLU and the shooting site in one direction and his home was between our house and her school), my grand daughter had expressed last night that she didn't want to go today. Her face went from anxious to calm comfort when I was able to tell her that a Seattle police officer had neutralised the threat over night.
I still think that the press handled the whole situation pretty well.
I really wish that I would have had the scanner link that Andy provided (thanks Andrew) earlier though.

fRed, the events began to unfold only 15 minutes before I posted at 3am, and you didn't post until 5am. And you say I'm "late?" Why do you choose to be a douchebag and how did you become such a pro?
Posted by: AuthenticAndrew | December 01, 2009 at 10:14 AM
Because I've found a way to make myself useful, now why don't you be a good boy and do the same. [And go suck up to your mentor, sparkly]

Hey Duff-Sybil, what persona next week?
Posted by: Coiler | December 01, 2009 at 10:27 AM
Hey coiler, I don't know about Duff-Sybil, but you'll always be one of my favorites.
Posted by: fRed | December 01, 2009 at 10:38 AM
I thought Duffman was sent back down to the minors...
Posted by: Drew | December 01, 2009 at 12:47 PM
If Huckabee was a Democrat and on MSNBC instead of Fox, the protests would hardly be noticeable. Just sayin.
As it is, I would not support him if he actually decides to run for POTUS after this.
Posted by: KS | December 01, 2009 at 04:17 PM
after this...
Posted by: Coiler | December 01, 2009 at 04:28 PM
Considering Rev. Huckleberries' views on abortion in cases of rape and incest, non-violent first-time drug offenders, stem cell research, and gay rights, he'd never be let in the Democrats door. Because he's hates gays, thinks rape victims must carry their fetus to full term, and is convinced that while first-time drug offenders must do prison time to deal with their physical addictions, they can be released if they profess their love for the baby Jesus and submit the form to the government, Fox News has him on their payroll. He's one of yours.
Posted by: Drew | December 01, 2009 at 04:43 PM
Drew, some days you come up with an intelligent post on occasion. Other days you assume the role of a plain old bull shit spreading imbecile. Today seems to be an imbecile day for you.
The two years you spent in Joanie's first grade class really fucked you up.
Posted by: chucks | December 01, 2009 at 05:32 PM
Sorry if I hurt somebody's tender feeling with the Huckster's views on the world, but everything said above came from his website or his supporters. Don't let the facts hit you in the face if you dare to lean in and take a closer look. He really is one of yours.
And to be real clear here, I've never met Joanie, but she's sure got you figured out. Hehe.
Posted by: Drew | December 01, 2009 at 06:07 PM
Joanie and I have a warm fuzzy relationship like no other. Hehe.
(I feel so manly typing hehe).
Other than my going to watch Huckabee's program sometime over the week-end, I pretty much have no interest in him.
In all of that clemency crap, he acted like a sissy assed bleading heart liberal piece of shit. Perhaps worse than Clinton, but I have not looked.
Posted by: chucks | December 01, 2009 at 06:59 PM
Huckabee, Palin, Limbaugh, Beck, etc., et al. ALL superflous. None will even be a blip on Republican radar when the time comes. They are deceptive attractions presently being portrayed as viable while behind the scenes much $ is being accumulated for the real candidates. They really know how to play you.
Posted by: Formulator | December 01, 2009 at 07:09 PM
Yes, real candidates, like Romney, the guy with the magic underwear. The GOP is an overpriced cruiseship that keeps crashing into icebergs as their celebutards fight for control of the helm.
Posted by: Drew | December 01, 2009 at 07:21 PM
You should look chux, Looks like Huckleberry was worse.
Posted by: Coiler | December 01, 2009 at 07:22 PM
Oh, and I made a mistake about St. Hucklebee that should be cleared up, in all fairness to him- Gov. Huckster didn't pardon/commute 111 convicted felons as I previously stated.
It was 1,066.
Posted by: Drew | December 01, 2009 at 07:37 PM
Hopefully, the top GOP candidates for 2012 will be different than 2008 (i.e. No Romney, Huckabee, McCain, Jeb Bush or Palin).
There are a number of others out there that will come home to roost after the 2010 election-fest is over.
Posted by: KS | December 01, 2009 at 09:56 PM
Yes, there's a sewer district commish in Murkywater OK who wants the job. Just make sure he gets the RNC memo on talking points (after Fixed is done correcting it). And makes sure he's done some reading in his lifetime, and can remember the titles.
Posted by: Drew | December 01, 2009 at 10:06 PM
Yes, klueless. They'll be roosting and cock-a-doodle-doo-ing to their hearts content and that's about all.
However, the only damn democrat I'll vote for after tonight is Alan Grayson if the dems have the courage to stand him. Obama would have been better off offering to sacrifice a second term and pulling the troops from afghani-killing fields-stan.
Tragic.
Posted by: joanie | December 01, 2009 at 10:59 PM
And tonight, Malloy is the only one I care to hear. He's got the passion I'm feeling. Sometimes, he just hits the mark.
Posted by: joanie | December 01, 2009 at 11:23 PM
Alan Grayson may well go down in 2010 with his acid tongue - your
ph(j)oanieness. More irony here; He's a lib progressive, and he is an angry white man - think about that, with your slams against white males.
Don't Obamy's speech impressed anyone - half-hearted and half-assed measures. He should have offered to add troops to capture Al-Zhairi and/or Osama and once they were captured dead or alive - then pull all troops out of Afghanistan within 60 days. That could save a lot of money, depending of course how quick they are at capturing or killing those two.
Posted by: KS | December 02, 2009 at 10:21 AM
" He should have offered to add troops to capture Al-Zhairi and/or Osama and once they were captured dead or alive "
Bushler set the tone on that one.
Bush" He's a, uh, person who has been marginalized" "I jest don't spend that much time on him"
Posted by: Coiler | December 02, 2009 at 12:43 PM
Hey, HEEEY!! Bush believes in family values, and that includes protecting ol' family friends. Like the bin Ladens.
Posted by: Drew | December 02, 2009 at 02:08 PM
YO Drew, in case you haven't heard Bush is now a private citizen. Wake TF UP!

Afternoon, Duffs. In case you haven't noticed, in America, we still go after criminals after they've left public office, or when we don't we should. I'm sorry (OK, not really) that you don't like to be reminded that Cheney, Bush and Co., Inc. lied to get us into a war, and subsequently made hundreds of billions of dollars off of that while soldiers and civilians died. And we know (yes, we really do) that cons would like all of those nasty republican crimes to just be forgotten. Bush, Rumsfeld, Cheney, etc., all had strong and visible business ties with people connected to those who attacked us, and they continued those associations afterwards. Herr Bush, along with his Supreme Minister of Torture Herr Cheney made every attempt to block any investigation into the 9/11 Commission investigation.
At some point, you're going to have to accept that you and your party of cons owns that little piece of American history.
Posted by: Drew | December 02, 2009 at 03:13 PM
In America we shouldn't call someone a criminal unless they are deemed such by a court. Course you are judge and jury for all in YOUR MIND. Very small of you but understandable.
Posted by: fRed | December 02, 2009 at 03:17 PM
Oh, and is that like YOU OWN the piece of history dealing with Viet Nam. (59,000+ dead Americans and millions of other innocents).
YET, guess so - by your own reasoning.
Posted by: fRed | December 02, 2009 at 03:20 PM
Duffman...America owns Vietnam. The world knows what we did there, and the lasting terrible legacy we left. Your party never learned from it, and would seem to have no problem reliving it somewhere else. That's pretty sad. We citizens need to make sure the lesson isn't lost on the politcians- we'll start with the democrats, because they are the easiest to work with. You need to get started on your con party, before they get the taste of blood in their mouth again.
Republicans- the "pro-life" party that's never happy unless there's some killin' and dyin' going on.
Posted by: Drew | December 02, 2009 at 03:38 PM
Drew does not reason fRed. Drew is one of a delusional group of mindless kos dopes that holds on to the slightest little story and builds it up in her own mind as to be something real.
We used to be able to have such people committed to Western State but have since determined that it is unconstitutional to hospitalise the mentally ill just because they are ill. It was probably a good ruling though it leaves them free to spew.
Bush and Cheney are great men. I only wish that Oblahblah was half the man as either of them.

Anybody else getting a weird message that is unreadable when posting a comment?
(I don't mean the little men or voices Drew)
Posted by: chucks | December 02, 2009 at 03:45 PM
Nope, looks good here. Maybe its a message from the Illuminati on your end chux
Posted by: Coiler | December 02, 2009 at 03:52 PM
Oh crap, Curley Turd. Don't tell me that Drew's little men are after me now.
Posted by: chucks | December 02, 2009 at 04:08 PM
No "messages" coming across this system either. But then, I don't visit republicanpedophilesgonewild.com either.
Posted by: Drew | December 02, 2009 at 04:11 PM
So, chuck, if you are happy about more soldiers being sent to Afghanistan, then I am sure you would be in favor of a War Tax. That way people can put their money where their mouths are and support those troops.
Posted by: sparky | December 02, 2009 at 05:05 PM
And, would you support those troops sparky and your President's decision to send them.
I'm sorry chucks we part company here; I think this to be a terrible mistake. The reasoning of this is to protect our national security doesn't fly. The enemy (Al Quaeda and/or Taliban) can form and perpetuate ANYwhere, Afghan, Pakistan, Jordan, Syria, Iran, Iraq, Indonesia, Somalie, etc, et al. WHY Afghanistan? where they live on dope and drugs and all rule (such that it is) is governed by tribal law and fractionalized.
No, I don't buy it, we will suffer the reprocussions of this decision AND we have ostensibly (if not outrightly) given them a timetable so they can monitor accordingly. This is horrible; did our President think to confer with the Russians on this, it doesn't seem like it. More needless killings and deaths of our young brave military as well as probably many many more periphral deaths of innocent Afghas family members.
Posted by: fRed | December 02, 2009 at 06:01 PM
Drew, nice backing off. Oh it's America's when the Dems start it based on lies and cover-ups, but the Cons (as you put it) otherwise. I see, you're so transparent it's pathetic. And NOW your Dem Pres has raised the bar to 100,000+ troops in Afghan, what do you say about that. And, furthermore what will you say when we start getting IUD'd from terrorists who work for the Afghan Gov't one day and the Taliban the next. UNreal!
Posted by: fRed | December 02, 2009 at 06:06 PM
Afghan terrorists are giving out Intrauterine Devices? What the fuck- are you still getting your health news from the National Enquirer? We know it's not really any different than listening to the Beckerhead every night, but c'mon now. When Hannity says "If we let the government take over health care, the terrorists will win", he really didn't think his listeners were that gullible to believe that Al Queda would be running the birth control clinics, man. Get back on your meds...
Posted by: Drew | December 02, 2009 at 06:42 PM
You don't think your gal Hillary would have done the same thing?
I dont want this or any war escalated, surged or whatever. But all the Rambo wanna-be's who love war should be forced to pay an extra tax to fund it.
Posted by: sparky | December 02, 2009 at 06:51 PM
Judging by how the war is being handled since inauguration, we should really be leaving Afghanistan behind with boots on the ground and bring our soldiers home from that hellhole and avoid future wars in countries ending in -stan. We'd still need to be helping out in Pakistan with air power.
I am very dubious, Obama's halfway approach is a recipe for defeat and it smacks of Vietnam. Doesn't matter if its Dem or GOP, they are buoyed up by big Corporations. He only spoke of beginning withdrawl and left it open-ended. There ya go, left - he's your President.
