This is getting better and better... the state had better add some more rings to this circus.
State officials, besieged by requests for more seasonal displays at the state Capitol, have approved several more -- including one honoring "Festivus," a faux holiday popularized by comedian Jerry Seinfeld.
As we've always said: Nothing says Messiah like balloons! On Saturday there will be a balloon nativity scene in balloons! We kid you not.
The new display requests come on top of an anti-religion placard, a Christmas tree, a menorah, and a pro-religion sign added today.
What about the Pastafarians?

In addition to balloons, there will be the internationally revered five foot aluminum pole erected to honor Festivus...what a sacred honor in our own state! Wow!

Who goes to the state capital for Christmas? Seriously, isn't there a better family tradition? How about caroling at the airport. . . oh wait they seem to have issues as well.

In the spirit of Festivus, it's time to air our grievances;
WTF - time to celebrate Festivus on the Capitol steps in Olympia this year - that would be entertaining and maybe a bit violent when the time for feats of strength ascends on the celebration.

I got a grievance with Pakistan. Hey, at a bare minimum if you are gonna have Nuclear Weapons you need to spring for the freakin Caller ID. Seriously. It's something the Seattle School District would do. Pay the extra $12 a month.
