  • The Reagan Wing

Doug Parris runs this red-meat social conservative group site which bars no holds when it comes to saying who they are and who they're not; what they believe and what they don't; who their friends are and where the rest of the Republicans can go. Well-written, and flaming.

If you've ever been victim to a fire, I doubt you would ever joke about it.

DT

And what does this have to do with talk radio?

DT: How's your mother?

Hey BM, why don't you do like the subtitle of your blog says and listen to some talk radio and post about that? It's obvious to me you don't spend very much time sampling local talk radio on a regular basis, except for Goldy. No offense, but I think you're a little lazy as far as the talk radio aspect of your blog goes, especially at the local level.

DT

I hereby swear not to be a troll from this point on. It's my resolution for the new year.

Dick Cheney is so unoriginal. Hitler already staged this fiasco at the Reichstag on February 27, 1933.

DT

Going through the dial today I heard some conservative host say that Clinton's friend and backer, Roger Altman, also owns the Enquirer, which may be one of the reasons that paper is doing smear jobs on Edwards and Obama. Any truth to the host's theory?

joanie

Why don't you google it or snopes it and see if you can find the answer to that question? I'd love to know. Put on your own journalist's hat and get to work! That's what we liberals do most of the time . . . try to source. Steven doesn't like it. He'd rather believe everything faux news tells him.

What about you?

Also destroyed were all records related to:

Bush’s cocaine use and failure to take the ANG drug
test
Bush’s drunk driving
Bush’s Texas Air National Guard service
Bush’s Arbusto stock sale, Saudi bailout, and lack of
SEC follow-up
Bush’s insider trading at Harken and Bush 41’s
quashing of the investigation
Bush’s stealing of a public stadium from the taxpayers
of Texas
Cheney's Wyoming residency papers
Police response to Cheney shooting a man in the face
after drinking
Push-polling smear on John McCain during the 2000
Republican primary
All original video masters of Steven Colbert’s Press
Corps dinner roast

Countless other records and computer systems were
apparently stored in the 3 foot by 3 foot utility
closet, the content of which shall be revealed as
destroyed as necessary pending any future
investigations.

BREAKING: word that the Constitution of the United
States was inexplicably consumed by flames in its
nuclear blast-proof storage case by a glowing ember
that apparently drifted from the Eisenhower Executive
Office Building and into a thermal exhaust port that
lead directly to the Constitution. No plans to
reconstruct the document are pending.

UPDATE:

Also confirmed destroyed:

All records of clients of the DC Madame
All IMs and emails between Republican congressmen and
underage Congressional staffers
Secret Service records of all people having meetings
with the President and Vice President since January
2001
All recorded promises, affirmations, and statements by
Democratic Congressional leaders to hold the
Administration accountable

Must be a slow news week for the Enquirer...this so called scandal about John Edwards having an affair and getting a woman pregnant died a quick death back in October when the father of the baby spoke up and identified himself.
Even the right wing talking heads decided not to touch it. Being equally as lazy, Drudge posted it as if it was new information. Once again, the right wing talking heads have let it be. That tactic has been used before on John McCain.

Mangus, I also heard that the No-Fly List and Bush's plan for getting out of Iraq burned as well.
Tis a pity.....

    • KUOW FM 94.9
Seattle's foremost public radio news and talk.
    • KVI am 570 KHz
Visit the burnt-out husk of one of the seminal right-wing talkers in all the land. Here's where once trilled the reactionary tones of Rush Limbaugh, John Carlson, Kirby Wilbur, Mike Siegel, Peter Weissbach, Floyd Brown, Dinky Donkey, and Bryan Suits. Now it's Top 40 hits from the '60's & '70's aimed at that diminishing crowd who still remembers them and can still hear.
    • KTTH am 770 KHz
Right wing home of local, and a whole bunch of syndicated righties such as Glennn Beck, Rush Limbaugh, Michael Medved, Sean Hannity, Laura Ingraham, Lars Larsony, and for an hour a day: live & local David Boze.
    • KPTK am 1090 KHz
Syndicated liberal talk. Stephanie Miller, Thom Hartmann, Ed Schultz, Randi Rhodes, Norman Goldman fill in the large hole to the left on Northwest radio dial.
    • KLFE AM 1590 kHz
Syndicated right-wing 2nd stringers like Mark Levin, Bill Bennett, Mike Gallagher, Dennis Prager, Dennis Miller and Hugh Hewitt inhabit this timid-voiced neighbor honker for your radio enjoyment (unless you're behind something large like Costco).

News, traffic, Ken Schram and John Carlson.
    • Washington State Radio Stations
Comprehensive list of every danged AM & FM station on the dial.
    • KKOL am 1300 KHz
Once a rabid right-wing talker, except for Lou Dobbs, it's all business....
