  • The Reagan Wing
Hearin lies the real heart of Washington State Republicans. Doug Parris runs this red-meat social conservative group site which bars no holds when it comes to saying who they are and who they're not; what they believe and what they don't; who their friends are and where the rest of the Republicans can go. Well-written, and flaming.

I always thought Darcy too 'bland' to be electable (I was a big Dave Ross fan). However, she may now be starting her ascension; I hope so and I wish her the best.
[PLEASE (as much as possible) enunciate a viable definite and specific detailed plan for our Iraq withdrawal. YOU would be the first!

The Bastille, Bunker Hill,, the Potemkin, Tianmen Square, Boston Tea Party, "Ich bin ein Berliner" speech, I have a dream, .....

August 2007?

And you didn't even tie up car and airplane traffic or use the State Patrol, Secret Service or the SeaTac Airport and state transportation employees to do it.

From Goldy's blog:

The choice/design of the events for these candidates speaks volumes:

- Burner’s innovative virtual town hall and blog-based fundraiser, free and open to the public and to the world

- Reichert’s closed-door corporate elite wine and diner, lumbering out of the past surrounded by barricades and police, starring an entirely discredited and corrupt president, with an annoying robo-calling campaign tossed in for good measure.

I'm proud to be on the front Burner. Never doubt the power of the netroots/blogosphere. APPLAUSE!

Who would be seen around the radioactive Bush? Reichert cannot get anyone else to stump for him? Not the Latrine Beast, Craig for sure!

Coiler, why do you think Burner is doing it the virtual way. She knows nobody wants to be seen with her.

And 3,200 donations nation wide should not be something to be proud of considering there were over 50,000,000 voters who voted Democrat in the last Presidential election. Thats like .000064 percent. Thats even lower then the Mendoza line Baseball players consider to be the bottom of the barrel. Is this what Burner is. in the Democrat lineup? You Libs are going to be in trouble in 08 with numbers like that.

what is the breakdown of out of district vs in district money anyway? while money is money, in district money would indicate the level of strength.

now you know in king county it use to be that you can pretty much live anywhere and still vote here.

"Groups like Emily’s List come in with a check for a hundred thousand dollars and can pretty much demand to control messaging on a Congressional campaign. Much of the blogosphere’s ability to get the attention of politicians when they go off the reservation is due not only to the fact that we raised quite a bit during the last election cycle for candidates we support, but also because we made Joe Lieberman raise $17 million to keep his seat"

how'd that workout for 'Senator' Lamont.
Isn't their a real danger that the candidate will be responding to the Net money/interests and misreading his own consituents?

Uhh Nevets, That's the whole point. over a 100k raised via the Internets.(in 5 days) Something Reichert cannot do without the Bellevue stronghold of $1000 a plate do-gooders like the Freemans and Skeltor Gorton and Jennifer Dung.

An Historian

Sadly the impressive showing was for DARCY BURNER, hardly an intellectual heavyweight. Darcy Burner makes Patty Murray look like Stephen Hawking.

I posted this earlier about Darcy Burners nation wide campaign fundraiser over the weekend, percentage wise,

"Thats even lower then the Mendoza line Baseball players consider to be the bottom of the barrel. Is this what Burner is. in the Democrat lineup? You Libs are going to be in trouble in 08 with numbers like that."

And Coiler comes through finally with,

"Uhh Nevets, That's the whole point."

Thanks Coiler for proving me right. I'm glad you are starting to see the light and are starting to think for yourself.
