1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 T. mayonnaise
3 drops lemon juice
1/2 t. salt
3 T. sliced green olives
1/4 C. milk
2 T. sliced green olives
1/4 C. milk
2 T. chili sauce
2 T. minced onion
1 C. cooked Dungeness crab
1 81/2 oz can artichoke hearts, coarsely chopped
Reheat oven to 375 degrees. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients thoroughly except crab, olives and artichoke hearts. Gently fold in the remaining ingredients. Spread inot 8" dish Bake for 15 minutes. Serve hot, with crackers or corn chips. This is a Republican recipe; Democrats should double all the seasonings. As I re-examine the recipe, I agree, more spices...like garlic powder, if not minced garlic, and the whole thing needs asiago cheese sprinkled all over the top before baking, more mayo, leave out the chili sauce, capers instead of green olives..otherwise it looks ok..lol...
