right-wing blogs we like

  • The Reagan Wing
Hearin lies the real heart of Washington State Republicans. Doug Parris runs this red-meat social conservative group site which bars no holds when it comes to saying who they are and who they're not; what they believe and what they don't; who their friends are and where the rest of the Republicans can go. Well-written, and flaming.

Duffman

Thanks..this sounds good and will surely be worth a try.

[Lets make Mrs. Clinton our candidate!]

Mark Green

"It's time to think outside the (radio) box."

I do wish he hadn't said that...brings back not-so-fond memories of KIRO TV's 'out-of-the-box' adventure.

Mike Malloy was dissing the new website for AA last night...but I suppose that is to be expected...

Still trying to find out if Annoying Whining Jill has left the Young Turks. I get the last half hour as I am getting ready for school and with the two guys, the show isnt half bad.

sparky

With Lionel beginning his broadcasting next week ( online here) from 9-12 am Eastern..does that mean that Ed Shultz has been bumped from that spot??

Duffman

oooooh, that's three (3) consecutive posts sparky - the sig patrol may be watching!

[Let’s make Mrs. Clinton our candidate!]

sparky

who is that

cowpotpi3

Err I only see two? And yeah wtf is this sig patrol you keep talking about?

Duffman

Well CPP3 sig was a poster some time ago who posted something on the order of 'when I saw Duffman post three x in a row' I decided this board was not for me.
So, in his/her honor I've watched my posts so that I don't get 3-consecutive. Joanie kidded me about it once so I just assumed everyone picked up on it. The ominous 'sig' could be watching...ha.

Lets make Mrs. Clinton our candidate!

They should really carry Steve Earle's program locally, he has some of the best musicians and other entertainers on his show.

Excellent! Maybe this will keep a stake in the heart of the Fairness Doctrine. Time for all you Volvo owners to find the AM button on your dashboards and move the aluminum foil from your heads to the car antenna. Those 5kw stations tend to fade.

sparky

God knows we wouldnt want to have fairness in broadcasting....

just a joe

Whose fairness? Dennis Kucinich's?

joanie

Why not?

nevets

AA 2.0, just more of the same.

And what a bunch of losers in that Democratic controlled Senate and House everyone here was so excited about. Can't even get a bill past our President's desk calling for a retreat from Iraq. Can we call this a Lame Duck Congress. Lots of big time talk coming out of Pelosi and Reed, but where are the teeth to back it up. The way I see it, they played all you Liberals for the suckers you are.

    pacific nw talk stations

    • KIRO 710ESPN Seattle 710 KHz
      Games and sports-blabber
    • KIROFM 97.3
Multi-format: news and nearly all local talk. This is where classic KIRO AM news talk radio went... hopefully, not to die. The home of Dave Ross & Luke Burbank, Dori Monson, Ron & Don, Frank Shiers, Bill Radke, Linda Thomas, Tony Miner and George Noory.
    • KUOW FM 94.9
Seattle's foremost public radio news and talk.
    • KVI am 570 KHz
Visit the burnt-out husk of one of the seminal right-wing talkers in all the land. Here's where once trilled the reactionary tones of Rush Limbaugh, John Carlson, Kirby Wilbur, Mike Siegel, Peter Weissbach, Floyd Brown, Dinky Donkey, and Bryan Suits. Now it's Top 40 hits from the '60's & '70's aimed at that diminishing crowd who still remembers them and can still hear.
    • KTTH am 770 KHz
Right wing home of local, and a whole bunch of syndicated righties such as Glennn Beck, Rush Limbaugh, Michael Medved, Sean Hannity, Laura Ingraham, Lars Larsony, and for an hour a day: live & local David Boze.
    • KPTK am 1090 KHz
Syndicated liberal talk. Stephanie Miller, Thom Hartmann, Ed Schultz, Randi Rhodes, Norman Goldman fill in the large hole to the left on Northwest radio dial.
    • KLFE AM 1590 kHz
Syndicated right-wing 2nd stringers like Mark Levin, Bill Bennett, Mike Gallagher, Dennis Prager, Dennis Miller and Hugh Hewitt inhabit this timid-voiced neighbor honker for your radio enjoyment (unless you're behind something large like Costco).
    • KOMOAM
News, traffic, Ken Schram and John Carlson.
    • Washington State Radio Stations
Comprehensive list of every danged AM & FM station on the dial.
    • KKOL am 1300 KHz
Once a rabid right-wing talker, except for Lou Dobbs, it's all business....
