Daniel K

And compare the interview to Reichert's performance on Weekday at KUOW: http://www.kuow.org/programs/weekday.asp?Archive=08-14

"Weekday at KUOW" Hot links are better.

Daniel K

Indeed joanie. And while people are at it, why not re-listen to Darcy Burner's KUOW appearance on July 7

See Daniel, unlike Spam, I think all sides should be heard . . . (lol)

"See Daniel, unlike Spam, I think all sides should be heard . . . (lol)"

yes, Joanie I am against others expressing their viewpoints. Because I'm not a nanny-state liberal, I must be a neo-con.

If you were wondering, I think the Earth is about 6000 years old - as that is what the bible tells me.

I hate everyone and everything. Especially kittens. God, I hate kittens.

I knew it! I did! I think you are very funny Spam 'cause you made me laugh.

But, I still don't think comparing Savage to a nazi makes your point very well. Sorry.

I'd say that Darcy crashed and burned on Friday's interview ! (The video clip does not reveal it - you'd have to listen to the whole interview to understand the real story). But, we'll see after the first Tuesday in Novemeber..

The latest poll is not very good news for her...

blathering michael

Since it's not a video clip- you obviously did not listen to it. It's an audio clip (this is radio, remember?) and it is the whole interview, which I'd recommend anyone to listen to and hear how Darcy did not crash or burn, but rather prevailed in a hostile setting. If you're going to lie in these threads, Kim, get your facts a little better.

Klueless is a Kim? Get "her?" facts a little better? I don't think so. When has Klueless ever "had the facts?"

I thought John Was fair and stright forward. I thought Darcy was excelent. There was only one question he asked that she avoided. I will have to listen to it again. John threw softballs to Mike Mcgavic in the 3 rd hour

Tree Frog Farmer

Hands down, it's gotta be Darcy. They call it 'breaking blue' but someone's gotta do it: Sherrif Good Hair claims to have 'caught' Ridgeway. Sorry, he was only warming the chair that Bob Keppel left, when DNA derailed Rubber Stamp's railroad job on the cab driver.
Bob Keppel, Phd, UW Criminology.Reichert, AA,Concordia Lutheran College. Need I say more?
Reichert was singlehandedly sidetraking that investigation. . . .

Let me clarify about Darcy crashing and burning -

What about when.." Darcy said Bush has no plan for Iraq and Carlson said well what is your plan and she went back to Bush has no plan. Carlson then asked her shouldnt she sit down with the Democrats to form a plan and what would that be and Darcy replied there is no plan."

That part sure didn't do her any favors. Are you sure listening to the same interview ? I also didn't believe that she would vote to cut spending while voting to raise taxes. No thank you, no way...

How does Darcy feel about securing our borders ? She sides with Bush's comprehensive immigration reform - which mean amnesty for millions of illegals. Bad idea !

Reichert wants secure borders and disagrees with Bush's plan and sides with the House Republicans. That is the main reason I'll not vote for her...

So, KS, what's Reichert's plan to secure borders? Honestly, I don't know. Does he have one?

Try google-ing and checking out what the House Republicans plan is to secure the borders - He is on board with that.

Basically, it secures the borders with more National Guard Troops than Bush has there. It also does not allow for amnesty for any illegals here and bans the use of Government funding for health care benefits for illegals - except in emergency health situations. Finally, it prosecutes employers that unlawfully hire illegal alien workers and enforces existing applicable illegal immigration laws, instead of selective enforcement - as Bush has done and will continue to do, unless Congress sends the President a good bill like the House Republicans are proposing.

Do we have enough national guardsmen to do the job? It is a very long border and Mexicans are dying to get here . . .

Also, I've wondered why Bush let's employers off the hook so often. I think immigration is a problem that can only be solved by holding emloyers accountable.

Bush is not interested in holding employers accountable, because he is in their back pocket. He is morally bankrupt on this issue, as is a vast majority of Congress. Most people want this enforced - so, why should we reelect these
bums who don't care to enforce illegal immigration, regardless of party ?

If the Democrats take over the House, they will try and impeach him for the wrong reasons and it will end up looking stupid - he should be impeached for being complicit in selling out the sovereignty of this country, but the Democrat leadership would never consider a reason as strong as this.

Oops - that should read... so, why should we reelect these bums who don't care to enforce laws against illegal immigration, regardless of party ?

"Bush is not interested in holding employers accountable, because he is in their back pocket. He is morally bankrupt on this issue, as is a vast majority of Congress."

KS- spot on on Bush! I have always felt that the people that are really hurt by illegal immigration are the working poor. Friends of mine in the construction industry are making the same wages they made in the 80's. Employers love illegal immigrants for obvious reasons. You can pay them less, they don't bargain for real benefits, and you don't have worry about any threat of organizing.

KS: Oops - that should read... so, why should we reelect these bums who don't care to enforce laws against illegal immigration, regardless of party ?

Where did you get the information that neither party enforced the immigration laws by going after employers? Are you sure about that? You. too, PutS?
