Blogging was relegated to Category C over the weekend as staff dealt with an overdue magazine deadline that plunged us into undercover work in the dank underbelly of Seattle’s Belltown sushi bars.
We'll be posting later because:
- there’s been a tremendous response to our call for local talk-jocks’ for Seattle’s Air America Am1090.
- KIRO radio staffers have been spilling more beans about the internal meltdown
- we have some great tuna hot dish recipes using sushi bar doggy-bag leftovers.
Yes, by all means, give us more gossip about KIRO. I checked out your link to the Talk Radio magazine. How depressing that is. Talk Radio is just a business, and a very skanky one at that. I couldn't find that Top 10 list you refer to , however.

On the left side of the Talker's Magazine front page, click on The Talk Radio Research Project and scroll, baby, scroll...

why does Dori Monson have so much clout at KIRO? Who's he related to?
if he's #11, shouldn't he be concentrating on how to get people to listen to (and enjoy) his show - - focus his energy where it is clearly needed these days, and let others work on the rest of it?
