History Lesson KS: The Native Americans are not "taken care of by the government." We slaughtered their chiefs. Remember? In America, WE (That's you, baby) are the government."
Never said they were, T-S. your imagination is working overtime and your wires are crossed and lost on a different post - what else is new ? You're only partly right above and you don't read others comments well. Nameless- your reading comprehension is unemployable - what the hell are YOU talking about, indeed ? . Frankly, T-S you and nameless are lost causes. I am not the only one who views it this way.
In the words of Observer well-stated - UNBelivable - buh-bye...

Who said the teabaggers were compassionate, sensible elderly activists. You would think after the monstrous rampage in Connecticut they would try not to rattle the nut cage. You’d think, but you’d be wrong. See, in Ashville Tennessee the Baggers are giving away guns. Not just any gun, it’s an AR15. And not just a giveaway, it’s a mandatory 20$ donation. With a maximum of 200 entries, and a quick and dirty calculation they’ll net $4000. The little ad they sent out says the retail value is 1500$. But before you do the subtraction, look around the web. You may find the same weapon running around 700$. So, they should clear 3300$. Looks like that right wing cottage industry is busy sucking the bucks out of the old baggers.

But lookee here the cached page. Peek a boo, I see you bagger gun giveaway.

Any increased spending for mental health SHOULD NOT be funded by the Federal Government - it should be funded by the States.
DC should be placed under a mental health quarantine for the clowns the electorate has put in positions of power. The absence of mental health facilities is telling - look at how dumbed down society has become since say 1980. Many Political activists today would have been receiving mental health treatment in these institutions, but instead a goodly number are living under bridges - became the Occupy movement and a few trickled into the Tea Party movement and onto MSNBC. Oops, I just noticed it is 12/21 - the supposed end times... into the ash heap of history !!

Was just at Cabels's, almost every other shopper appears to be purchasing a gun.

No more publicized gun free zones (get rid of them - that flies in the face of an emotional rant) that are basically magnets for would be mentally crazed assassins, like the ones at Sandy Hook, Clackamas Town Center, VA Tech.
All these crazed assassins want in the end is fame - their names publicized and the news play right into their hands - which emboldens these crazed mentally ill masses of protoplasm. Way to go CNN, NBC, ABC, FOX, CBS, MSNBC and the newspapers - you are all emboldening them.

Gun free zones don’t kill people, guns do.

Columbine High School Had Armed Guards During Massacre In 1999 here’s the Link if you want to read the whole story.
"In 1999, Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold killed 15 people and wounded 23 more at Columbine High School. The destruction occurred despite the fact that there was an armed security officer at the school and another one nearby -- exactly what LaPierre argued on Friday was the answer to stopping "a bad guy with a gun."
Deputy Neil Gardner was a 15-year veteran of the Jefferson County, Colo., Sheriff’s Office assigned as the uniformed officer at Columbine. According to an account compiled by the police department, Gardner fired on Harris but was unsuccessful in stopping him:
Gardner, seeing Harris working with his gun, leaned over the top of the car and fired four shots. He was 60 yards from the gunman. Harris spun hard to the right and Gardner momentarily thought he had hit him. Seconds later, Harris began shooting again at the deputy.
After the exchange of gunfire, Harris ran back into the building. Gardner was able to get on the police radio and called for assistance from other Sheriff’s units. "Shots in the building. I need someone in the south lot with me."
The second officer was Deputy Paul Smoker, a motorcycle patrolman who was near the school writing a speeding ticket. When he heard a dispatch of a woman injured at the high school, he responded. He, too, fired at Harris but didn't stop him."
