This GOP devastation really has one author--Newt Gingrich. He was the architect of the filthy politics that turned the Congress into the mess we have today. It's nice to see that good old mudslinging claimed Newt this year as its permanent poster-child. After this he won't be able to run for cover, let alone for any office.
And now, with the cat-fighting between Romney and Santorum, the process is complete. The GOP in infected all the way down. Whoever wins this contest in Michigan will be hated and reviled by at least one third of the country's Republicans. Who could ask for more? R.R.

Mitt was just called the winner. In fact, CNN cut away from Ricky's speech to announce it. I think all 4 will be there until the bitter end.

Yes, a brokered convention. The GOP is going to throw a lot of money away

Karl Rove says no brokered convention. Do you think he's fibbing? He was adamant about it.

If there was a brokered convention, I would like to see Jon Huntsman brought to the floor as a nominee - maybe the Repugs will see how they blew it by dissing him because he served the country in this adminstration as Ambassador to China.
That would be my wish, but in all probability, its a pipe dream...

Probably wont happen until the ultra conservatives are replaced by moderates.

And the Republican nominee will be . . . Mitt Romney. Like it or not.
Some guy contributed $8 million (if I heard it right) to Buddy Romer who is the Americans Elect candidate. Hoping I'm sure to scrape votes away from the Democrats. Romer is an idiot.
