KVI sources say that last week, U.S. Prosecutor Don Reno decided against bringing charges against Weissbach and his Bellevue-based janitorial service, Seattle Building Maintenance.

Much was daylighted in November when The Seattle Times broke a story about how the right-wing talk host was operating his very profitable business on the backs of a workforce half of which or more were legal.
Weissbach, who operates SBM which is owned by his wife, Carla was an early target of the Obama administration's new strategy of going after companies that hire illegal immigrants.
SBM got clean after the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) audit was exposed, but Reno, they say, looked into more serious issues than the publicly-aired hiring of undocumented workers.
