Bill O'Reilly told viewers last night he'll send somebody "to visit" two Pierce County judges if they don't send him explanations of their handling of the late cop-killer, Maurice Clemmons.
Judges don't do that.
That means one of O'Reilly's ambushers will be jumping Superior Court Judges John McCarthy and Thomas Felnagle one day soon.
Bryan Chushcoff, the county’s presiding judge defended his colleagues to the Tacoma News Tribune with a bunch of boring ol' blah-blah-blah about the law.
O'Reilly has no patience with such jibber-jabber. So he'll send someone to yell gotcha questions at these guys in a parking lot or in their driveways. They won't answer- but no matter, it's more of a punishment for ignoring O'Reilly than a truth-seeking mission.
O'Reilly's henchpersons were last in the state stalking former Seattle Post Intelligencer publisher Roger Oglesby.
(Billo thinks of himself as a 21st century Walter Winchell, but unlike Winchell, he's too chickenshit to do these confrontations himself. And speaking of chickenshits, Billo's ace bushwacker Jesse Watters dodges interviewers himself).

Hopefully these judges have good security details protecting them- it would be sooooo nice to hear that Bill Orally's stalker-thugs got detained for harassment, although it's something we'll never see reported on Fixed.

Nah....it doesn't have to get to that point. All those judges need to remember are two words:
"Andrea Mackris".
Billo's little men pack up the cameras and leave right away.

All these judges, or anyone else stalked by BOR's boys, have to do is answer all questions with, "Andrea Mackris".
I'm sure it'll work every time.

I would say that assaulting a Judge is an excellent way to end up in jail.
The Judges gave Maurice bail because they were Constitutionally required to do so.

But not in such a low easily achievable $amount. It should have been no less than $500K, you dumb fuck.
Posted by: MadMenViewer | December 02, 2009 at 05:50 PM
We wouldn't be having this discussion, and four police officers would be alive tonight, if Huckabee hadn't pardoned Clemmons, a felon who already had a violent history while he was in prison.

You don't think your gal Hillary would have done the same thing?
I dont want this or any war escalated, surged or whatever. But all the Rambo wanna-be's who love war should be forced to pay an extra tax to fund it.
Posted by: sparky | December 02, 2009 at 06:48 PM
O'Reilly and Jesse Watters are worse than these judges ? Whoever really thinks that is mentally ill. The stench on the bench need to be held accountable (they think they are immuned from that) and investigated for their judgments - blood is on their hands
Huckabee f**ked up, but the two judges were the ones that made it happen. They ought to be recalled or forced to resign,
"The Judges gave Maurice bail because they were Constitutionally required to do so."
You are a pathetic liar !

A suspect is guaranteed a speedy trial by his peers. I can't find bail anywhere.
So Sparky, if only the folks that support the war against terrorist' need to pay taxes for said war and those opposed don't, does that hold the same for those without kids paying taxes for schools? Maybe folks that are strict Constitutionalists don't have to pay for anything but the few things Constitutionally allowed.
Well heck, do I have to pay for that portion of my water bill that pays for floride?

It's been determined by the Supreme Court that the accused are granted the opportunity to adequately arrange for their own defense, to include a reasonable bail in order to find evidence and/or witnesses beneficial to his case. When a judge orders a higher than normal bail amount for a given charge, it is considered no different in the eyes of the Appealates than to deny bail completely. A person who cannot make bail is one step closer to having any subsequent conviction overturned on appeal if he can convince the Appeals Court that it interferred with his pursuit of an adequate defense. Judges, like the courts they preside over, do not like having their cases overturned by appeal.
So, a "reasonable bail" is a Constitutional right of the accused, partly because of our fundamental expectations that we are innocent until proven guilty.

No, that tax would be for everyone chucks.
Posted by: sparky | December 02, 2009 at 07:56 PM
And Drew are you factoring in the 3rd strike rule here in the State of Washington when you spew about a 'reasonable bail'. Get your head out of your ass and realize that with the pending 3rd strike and with the history of his rap sheet (which c/be checked simply by a lay person on the web) the judge erred in determination of the amount of bail. The bail company didn't even trust the bailee and required an ankle bracelet. Give me a f'ing break you spew garbage and I think you know better but are so consumed by sucking up to your liberal non-principles that you don't know what the fuck you're talking about. So, what's knew, certainly not you.

Yes, Duffs, I am. You have to be CONVICTED to be sent up for a third strike. I know that, in con world, you'd like to skip that whole trial thing, but in my country, it's still a Constitutional right for the accused. You should take that into account every time that Fixed News says our troops are fighting to protect our freedoms- Constitutional protections of the accused are definitely part of that.
Oh, one more thing, doof: if the judges always did what the prosecutors demanded, we actually wouldn't land as many of the guilty in jails as you might think. Prosecutors demand high or no-bail (remand), the defense asks for something low, and the judge has to find a balance in the middle (whether you like it or not). Even the Clemmons bail was actually slightly higher than the average for his charges, and the suspect still had to resort to a bond company all the way down in Chehalis.
Thirdly, since I know you can't read others posts, I'll say again that if a judge sets the bail too high, any conviction can be overturned later, which could have had the same terrible outcome.
You're not a very good armchair con, doofs...what makes you think you're now an armchair legal expert?
Posted by: Drew | December 02, 2009 at 08:43 PM
Drew - I am convinced by the overusage of the word, that you are a con in pinko clothing.

How convenient, It's not a screw up by trusty Fox Commentator Mike Huckabee. It's those damn Liberal judges in the "Soviet Of Washington"

Now thats sweet! This piece of garbage belongs in the dump with seagulls picking his useless filthy body to shreds. His realatives and friends that helped him should be relegated to surviving off of his useless flesh until they run out of food. Then they should face the same fate!
