Yes!!! My fave station in High School, along with KBZY! The best part was walking around with the earpiece in the transistor on the couple of days before New Year's as they counted down the Top 100 songs of the year....
If you go here you can hear jingles, radio checks, commercials, traffic reports, etc from 1967 to 1976..
Thanks Bla'M!

K I S N.... 91-derful! I remember it well growing up in P-Town. The Top 100 was something you waited for ALL YEAR! Thanks for that memory Sparky! I didn't have an earphone for my powder blue transistor radio so I would turn it up and put it under my pillow and fall asleep to it. I went through batteries like crazy!

I remembered that well growing up in Portland - I liked to comment on that billboard shown on the way back home from the airport. Remember some of that what ;you say, Lola. There was a guy on midnights - Pat Pattee who referred to Portland as "Hip Roseville".

Some of the airchecks from Portland back in the day, You'll need a real player to hear them.
