Burke’s version of the story is that he got mad at his dog, grabbed a handgun and threatened to shoot it. When the gun “accidentally” discharged, the bullet went through the dog’s leg and then grazed the side of his wife head.
He’s been charged with two counts — aggravated battery with a weapon and animal cruelty. Bond was set at $10,000 and he was ordered to wear an ankle bracelet monitor.
Catherine Burke and the dog were treated for non-life threatening injuries.

Tht guy is lucky they don't have that Pasado shit in Florida. He'd be getting 20 years for shooting the mut.
Now if the old lady is anything like your typical joanie, he would have to pick up trash on the side of the road for a coupla weekends or a $50.00 fine.
Probably could get off if he just explained to the judge that he mistook skank shooting for skeet shooting. A mistake any man would understand.

I rarely post,but I must drop in to keep up on the rantings and misquided conclusions of the supporters of the G.O.P.(gay old party) that are espoused in here. They almost brought the greatest country in the world to complete ruin. But we will survive in spite of them. They are becomming irrelevent and extinct..
