We've finally got most of our old Sunday food and dining feature, BlatherMunch over to its own page. called BlatherMangia: http://blatherwatch.blogs.com/blathermangia/
The World's Tiniest Architect is contributing, and brings a civility to the site you won't be getting around here. We'll continue our indulgent coverage of restaurants, great dinners, food memoir, pictures and leave talk radio, politics and media snark over here.
Already checked it out and commented. Kept it civil, wta. I bet you like that blog better than this one...
Looks like a full-time job, Michael. But it's a respectable and entertaining endeavor. I like it.
Good luck!

i really have to sya something about Tom and Thierry on saturdays on 97.3 kirofm last weekend they had on Kathryn Robinson from Seattle Metropolitan , the Weekly etc.. She's one the various silly people they have on their silly little food show..... Robinson gave her list of ten best pizza joints, and didnt include Piecora, dismissing the first hill place with an air of snobby condescension...ive heard of Piecora and been in the joint... didnt try any pizza because a guywith a big nose ring through the center of his nose caused my disgust factor to get my feets a walkin out the door.... i will return to Piecora , (the place smells great) buy pizza , eat it , and then comp[are it to the pizza restaurants the precious Ms. Robinson deigned to put in her top ten.... my guess, actually near certainty is that this pizza will be better than most of the artsy fartsy pizzas she has on her list... if this is true then im absolutely sure that 95% of people in seattle would put Piecora's in the top ten as well..... this will confirm and validate my opinion that the Tom snd Thierry Show (who cares wha the real name is) is not a food show for the general folks of Seattle, but simply a silly, irrelevant show for silly, precious, prissy, elitist little food snobs like Tom Douglas and Kathryn Robinson.

i shoould add that iwill of course trya good number of the top ten joints she has o n her list....if i find one or two with worse pizza than piecoras early on as i think i will, no nee d to try all ten...

if i am proven right, then i would say the Tom and Thierry show as it relates to seattle's average restaurant eater is just a little less irrelevant than what the wacky elitist clothing on a Paris runway is to the average Seattle woman...
