Thick or thin... no matter (and there've been some thin and thinner days in recent years). A constant in Seattle radio is that KIRO News' ace KIRO reporter Heather Bosch wins national Murrows, the most prestigious award for
broadcast journalism.
This year is no exception: the station won the 2007 Edward R. Murrow National Award in the “Radio Large Market, Use of Sound" category for Bosch’s “Sound of Movie Music” feature.
This is Bosch’s third National Murrow in a row- rare in the industry.
Earlier this year, KIRO won Nine Regional Murrows.

KUDOs for Ms Bosch and to KIRO yet again!

Heather is a consummate professional.

KIRO news has always been the best. Bring back our news hours at noon and the late afternoon? I'd come back to KIRO if they would reinstall that? I left when the goofs took over in the afternoon. Reagan is OK, but he isn't on long enough to raise much interest with me. Flush Dori.

Murrow... award... whatever. She's pretty hot and that makes her OK in my book.
Posted by: | June 22, 2007 at 10:22 AM
...and 'your book' would be?...no, wait don't tell me: 'PLAYBOY'that's it.
what incredible 'depth' you have
Posted by: Duffman | June 22, 2007 at 10:33 AM
Ain't nothing wrong with "hot," even on the radio. Heather has the added advantage of being really good at what she does.
Posted by: T | June 22, 2007 at 12:00 PM
Agreed T; I feel same about Stephanie Miller.
Posted by: Duffman | June 22, 2007 at 12:03 PM
Hey look, Duffman is back to the (fake) playing nice routine again.
No dice, Duff. Let's take a trip down no-so-distant memory lane, shall we?
Only a wretched scumbag would say something this awful about someone who has suffered so much:
"IMHO Cindy Sheehan was no service to this country (or her family). She made a fool of herself and those misguided enough to support her. I doubt her son (as a free-thinking volunteer) would agree with her ridiculous tactics. With all doe respect ma'am you need to do as merci offen suggests STFU...(and quit crying over spilt milk. .. ;)"
Not Limbaugh. Not Hannity. Not O'Reilly. Not even Savage.
Only Duffman
Posted by: mercifurious | June 22, 2007 at 12:45 PM
Bottom line for 'merci' (as I see it) is this: Would you seriously consider buying a used car from someone who (for whatever reason ?) keeps a picture of the Sytblehead on his web page perpetually? Thank you; I believe I know your answer. Enuf said.
Do you suppose they have CP&L parties together? hehe...too funny

Uh, are you really this stupid, Duffman? Yeah, I believe I know that answer as well.
The photo in question is actually a post about Styblehead and his many emails (some profane). It's called a "visual aid" for a post - you know, like what bloggin folks do these days.
Had you read the post (I know I know - reading is asking a lot from Duffbrain), you would have known this.
Now, without further adeu, more fun with Duffman's sack o'shit mouth:

Ooooooh; he's trying to back out of it...ain't gonna work pal; just puts you (& Styblehead) further in the hole...hehe
merci: You DoA Man! :)
Probably keeps as desktop image also?
Posted by: Duffman | June 22, 2007 at 01:04 PM
We should have known..all along; I mean don't most blog-meisters change their subjects/pictures every now and then? I guess it shouldn't come as such a revelation. Oh well, you never know do you.
You DoA Man(?)!!!

Always having to sit Duffman on a knee and read to Mr. Babyshit:
First off, click here...
"Reading Comprehension"
And pass some tests.
THEN, on my blog right near the top it reads:
Note: Meet the Stress, inc. has been on Black Sabbatical for the past few weeks.
Which means I haven't updated it for quite a while - do you even understand dates? I do have many back-logged topics that will be dealt with soon, but time has been a commodity for me since starting the new job.
Note to Duffman: That's spelled J-O-B, not J-O-G.
After all that, sit yourself down and have a nice tall drink of your own shit-mouthed bile:

Consumate professional??? Please.
I don't know who doles out these awards, but have you listened to the woman? Unless she's reading (in which case it sounds like she's reading) she can't string two words together without stumbling all over herself.
When she fills in as anchor, its a major train wreck.
And have you looked at her webpage? I assume her husband took the kinky photos...but it looks like someone has some kinky perversions in that household.
Posted by: tink | June 22, 2007 at 06:24 PM
Hey tink: I detect a little KOMO envy, there. Known heather for a long time- she's one of the best radio news people I've ever worked with. Kinky in your tiny dreams.
Posted by: umo | June 22, 2007 at 06:47 PM
I think the picture has been painted perfectly...nothing more need be said. :)
Posted by: Duffman | June 22, 2007 at 06:50 PM
That might be true, Duffman, except that we all know you will still find
something more to say...probably within minutes of me posting this.
Posted by: John | June 22, 2007 at 07:14 PM
Well 'John' (Yeah, right!! hehe) it's been more than 'minutes' now hasn't it...or do you read time...
Would you seriously consider buying a used car from someone who (for whatever reason ?) keeps a picture of the Styblehead on his web page perpetually?
Indelibly imprinted in the minds of all Blam'Fam members. hehe :)
Congrats on your new J-O-B!
Posted by: Duffman | June 23, 2007 at 08:58 AM
Hey, John, I can picture doofus saying to himself every couple of minutes "no, not yet . . .not yet. too soon . . . not yet. Be still hands! Oh, must be something else I can do . . . now let me see: dishes washed; bills paid; oh dear oh dear! What to do!"
But, you got your answer eventually John. The doofus can't let anything go unanswered.
Posted by: carlos | June 23, 2007 at 10:29 AM
...and then they assume alias and pretend talking among themselves to fake concensus...how funny...hehe
...'used car analogy' SOoooo accurate
Posted by: Duffman | June 23, 2007 at 10:36 AM
The reality is - Heather gets no respect in the newsroom, and doesn't deserve much. She spends all her time working on her pet projects and trying to win awards. She can't even pronounce "KIRO," and she's as sharp as a banana. Enjoy the awards Heather, at least people outside the building respect you.

She's cute...but she ain't no Jane Shannon

Seriously though, I prefer Rachel Belle...looks and voice
