plotting by the light of the rockets' red glare

On this Fourth of July, the nation's birthday, we must defer to one of the most patriotic writers we know: David "Goldy" Goldstein of horsesass.org. No knee-jerk, flag-waving smarm-meister, Goldy is patriotic without being patriotically correct.

While blatherWatch staff is out eating fried chicken, noodle salad, and watching the bombs bursting in air, we'll let his excellent patriotic piece, Constitution Desecration Amendment speak for us.

Take care out there and don't blow yourself up...we need your vote in 2005 & '06.

Good Golly, Miss Molly...I do believe GOLDY is a complete total idiot....complete nonsense on all of his opinions. As a arch conservative, keep feeding Goldy's ego....we need more seats in the state legislature.
Michael, I disagree with you much of the time, but you don't seem to be as far off your rocker as Goldy.

Gee, don't let the facts get in the way of your personal and political biases, Duane. Having read Goldy's blog through the whole of the gubernatorial race contest, I'd have to honestly say that based on the legal outcome his opinions on that matter proved to be 100% accurate.
